The Matthiesen VLS Bagger
The Matthiesen VLS Bagger is a highly functional piece of equipment for packaging ice products. Load the bottom hopper and the product is conveyed to the top hopper, which has an optional lower and upper limit switch, fills the volumetric drum in increments of 5 to 25 pounds. Depending on the type of product being bagged, this equipment is capable of filling up to 40 bags per minute. The real question is, can you keep up?

The Matthiesen VS Bagger
This quality Matthiesen VS Bagger fills up to 50 bags per minute with a measured volume of ice. Ice is fed directly to the top surge hopper where a rotating volume measuring drum drops ice into a bag. A blowing device ensures the bag is open and ready to receive ice. After the bag is filled with ice, an operator simply transfers the bag of ice through a closing machine of your choice. Models are available in different volumetric sizes in order to meet your company’s individual needs. This bagger is available in either galvanized or stainless steel construction. All stainless steel models are NSF Approved.

• All electrical components are UL approved
• Full load Amp draw: 20 Amps at 115/1/60 – 10 Amps at 220/1/60
• All motors are Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC). Washdown motors
available.
