In consideration for the extension of credit, the applicant (“Debtor”) agrees to: (1) pay invoices per the agreed-upon payment terms; and (2) in the event it becomes necessary for Automatic Ice Systems, Inc. (“Creditor”) to bring suit or employ a collection agency to recover any debt owed, the Creditor shall be entitled to recover, in addition to the principal amount due, all reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees. The signature below authorizes the Creditor to charge interest on outstanding balances past the agreed-upon due date at the lesser of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. All claims, requests for adjustments, or notifications of errors must be submitted in writing to the Accounting Department within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, or the charges shall be considered accepted. Credit privileges may be withdrawn at any time without invalidating any remaining obligations under this agreement.
