Jim became a member of the AIS Team in 1989. His equipment knowledge and field experience has allowed him to become one of the top technical advisors in his field. In addition to using his technical expertise to assist customers with equipment problems, he also engineers and develops customized ice manufacturing and processing systems, and has commissioned a wide array of Automatic Ice™ Systems throughout the world.
