At AIS we take the time to analyze our client’s individual ice system needs. We discuss with our clients their immediate operational goals, challenges and opportunities. We then recommend an Automatic Ice™ System, based upon our industry experience, to meet the client’s immediate needs while building a platform for future growth. This Ice System recommendation is then reviewed and revised with the client until perfectly suited for the individual application.

Engineering

Each Automatic Ice™ System is custom-engineered to insure maximum component efficiency, productivity and reliability. Each system contract comes with an AIS Engineering Package which includes: plant layout and system elevations, individual equipment details, detailed piping, plumbing and electrical engineering. This comprehensive package not only maximizes the value of your equipment investment, it also saves your company thousands of dollars on the install of your equipment. Our exclusive engineering package gives our clients the tools to utilize local labor resources to accurately install the equipment without further engineering or guesswork.

Project Management

Our work at AIS does not end with the equipment sell, it begins. We work with the client and building contractor to ensure that the engineering of your Automatic Ice™ System best suits the available space both for today’s application and for future system growth. We stay in regular contact with your contractor and/or subcontractors to insure building preparations are in place before shipping equipment. Upon shipping the system equipment, we work with the installers throughout initial setup. We then mobilize an install or start-up team based upon the project requirements. Our experienced system technicians get the system running and optimize its operation. During this process we train your maintenance and operations personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
